Pastor Jeff served on staff at World Changers for seven years serving in the capacity of Resource Coordinator, Advisory Team Leader as well as Outreach Coordinator which has equipped him for today.

  

Pastor Jeff accepted his call into the ministry in 1999; he is a continual student of all aspects of theology. He has received multiple certifications with various organizations including the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), "Caring for People God's way". In addition, Pastor Jeff is certified as an Anger Management Specialist with Century Anger Management and listed as a provider for the state of Georgia with United Way. Moreover, while faithfully submitting to 24 plus years of impartation and the tutelage of Dr. Creflo A. Dollar he has become a vessel of honor and meet for the Masters use.

Pastor Jeff is the Founder and Pastor, of Perfecting The Saints Church International and The Advisory Group in Hampton, Georgia where he has been serving 14 years.  He is also the Author of 5 books, Governed By Love, Soulitary Confinement, The Aftermath, The God Frequency and Close Encounters. Moreover, he is a former instructor with the World Changers Bible School and is the Georgia Regional Ambassador of Creflo Dollar Ministerial Association in College Park, Georgia.

Pastor Jeff is a visionary who is well known for his integrity, humility, and the Love of God that he demonstrates to all those he meets, regardless of creed or nationality. His unique ability to teach Gods word with Precision and Balance is attributed to His mentor and world renowned Pastor, Dr. Creflo A. Dollar. 

 

"Pastor J" as he is affectionately known, is happily married to his wife and his best friend, Gloria, and is the father of two, Natasha and Michael and four grandchildren.
